Say, we are at the onset of the Aquarian Age, the age of Information and transformation… where humanity as a whole is undergoing transition from hierarchy to equality, from being led towards the Bright Future to shaping our own reality and defining what that Bright Future is in our own lives. Human life is like a colorful thread with many rare beads of various transitions and events; these major events make our life-route turn into new directions; these moments are important for us and we feel the urge to commemorate and hold, and honor these memories as they become good orienteers for the future; for us to tell the story to our offsprings.

Yoga

Our classes provide a variety of exercises for the BODY strengthening and body full relaxation, a variety of breathe techniques, ways to meditate and unplug the MIND, ways to learn to embody one own’s energetics and its Source, and elevating one’s SPIRIT by all these activities practiced consciously.

Family Constellations

This modern-ancient technology works with Family Field; it helps addressing and cure some repeating family patterns or entanglements, that are destructive, or painful, and harmful. It helps to change one’s perspective and get out of “stuck” position in life. This safe and powerful method helps to release the energy to redirect it towards one’s life future.

Circles

Becoming a part of a woman circle establishes a new rhythm in the cyclical life of a woman. It will provide you with “know-hows” for the support and nourish of your own Feminine light. It helps keeping one’s creative side engaged. In the circle we discover a well of rituals and practices to honor and understand all the phases of Woman Life from the Maiden to the Mother to the Crown. And through the circle and women’s work, we have been sharing and enriching our own lives, our families and our communities.

Dreamseed

The Dreamseed is our collective dream coming true. It is inspired to re-discover the sisterhood and build the alliance with The Mother – Mother Nature. Four days all women retreat designed by women for women to promote one’s physical, emotional and spiritual health and beauty. especimen.

SoulDance

SoulDance is the original modality that I first envisioned and implemented in 2011, but only recently started to offer it to my audience, workshops and retreats again. I see it as a method that unlocks a deeper and genuine connection with one’s spirit; it is designed to help bringing awareness to the embodied “divine” in each of us, it is a dance to evolve our individual consciousness, it is a dance to liberate and to find freedom, it is a dance to shake off the “heavy”.
