The constellation practice is a unique modern tool we turn to at times to heal and get “unstuck”; to soften the old or current family pains and to dissolve the generational, inherited knots.

During F&S Constellation work, we enter and work with a special time/space container or a FIELD, where it becomes possible to look back at certain phenomena (for instance: a repeating family pattern, a feeling of being frozen, a feeling of being stuck in some aspects of life/career/relationships, sicknesses, tiredness etc) with a different perspective. In order to see it, to acknowledge, to accept, and to make peace with it.
