Souldance
SoulDance is the original intuitive movement that I first envisioned and implemented in 2011, but only recently started to offer it to my augidience, workshops and retreats again. I see it as a method that unlocks a deeper and genuine connection with one’s spirit; it is designed to help bringing awareness to the embodied “divine” in each of us, it is a dance to evolve our individual consciousness, it is a dance to liberate and to find freedom, it is a dance to shake off the “heavy”. The Soul/Spirit/Energy animates everything on this planet, it is in the minerals and in the plants, it is in the animals and elements, in the oceans and in the sky. We – human beings – have been evolving with the planet and have these evolutionary memories and knowledge embedded in our bodies. Hence, to animate and activate these memories and to become more connected to everything around us and within us – we do the soulDance. In my practices, I love to fuse the rituals and songs from different traditions, cultures, languages so that this special celebration carries a unique, authentic and unforgettable flavor.





WHAT IS SOULDANCE ? : SoulDance intuitive movement gives a great opportunity to express yourself however you want to. How often do you allow your body to dance without any choreography in mind? Here you can be wild and free, move and shake your body without restrictions. The practice is a safe playground for fun and exploration where you can be just yourself. There is no fear, no judgment. Participants are focused on their own processes. Guess, what happens after? After dancing, you don't just feel well, but also you like and accept yourself on a higher level. - Dancing promotes health and happiness. It makes the right and left sides of our brain work in unison, which is called brain synchronization. Dancing helps release the accumulated stress and restore the balance in mind, body, and spirit. Several studies have proved that it increases happiness: when we dance, our brains release endorphins, hormones that can activate neurotransmitters that create a feeling of comfort, joy, and relaxation. - Cacao&SoulDance is a community/tribe gathering. The event is designed in a way to connect people with each other enhancing the sense of belonging. Our circles, cacao ceremony, and dance flows bring unity and love. Also, the event is inclusive for everyone. If you don’t want to come alone, you could invite your grandma, kids, neighbors, or friends. Everybody is welcome!
